MONEY-BACK POLICY
Returning Kit for money-back you bought at a mydeck.club is easy! If any of Decker’s wish to return the Kit, they can do so by sending back the Kit to us.Return Procedure
The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for money-back,
- Raise return request on App or website and submit the details of the item you wish to return to us.
- Schedule a pick-up date and pack the Kit as per packing guidelines
- We will send our logistics partner agent to pick up the product from you on the scheduled pick-up date. Please note that return shipping is free for you!
- Once the returned kit is received by us and after successful completion of the quality check, your money back will be made within 1 working day via online transfer.
Loss of Parts in Kit
Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Money back amount of the Kit. For example, in case of damage to electrical parts of the kit such as motors, controllers, brick, sensors, wires etc amount equivalent to their repair or replacement (in case the part is beyond repair) will be recovered from money-back.
Similarly, if more than 5% of non-electrical parts in a Kit have been damaged, you will be charged amount equivalent to their repair.
In case any part is lost or not returned, its value will be deducted from the money-back.
