  • Acceptance of Terms of Use
    These Terms of Use govern your use of the content and services offered through www.mydeck.club (“Site”). By using the Site you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You certify that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or if you are less than 18 years then you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian. SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED(as defined below) may update these Terms of Use, from time to time, as it deems fit. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of a Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you agree to be bound by any such revisions to the Terms of Use. “We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”.
  • Definitions
    “Account” means the User account created free of charge for using the Site.
    “Products” means the goods and services displayed on the Site and offered for sale/use.
    “Site” means www.mydeck.club owned and operated by SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED
    “User” means and includes the customer or buyer, who purchases the Voucher for availing discounts on Products offered for sale by the Vendor through the Site registration
    Registration of the User on the Site is mandatory. The User agrees and undertakes at all times to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id. Further, the User agrees not to use any other party’s under ID and Password for any purpose whatsoever without proper authorization from such party.
    User is responsible for the security of User’s password and for all transactions undertaken using User’s password through our service. User confirms that he/she is the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions under this Site.
    The User also agrees and undertakes to immediately notify SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED of any unauthorized use of the User’s password or user ID and to ensure that the User logs off at the end of each session at the Site. SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for any, direct or indirect, loss or damage arising out of the User’s failure to comply with this requirement.

  • Credit Card Details In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You agree, understand, undertake and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you for making payments for Products purchased through the on-line payment gateway mechanism complete and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/ debit card or any other bank account which is not lawfully owned by you. The aforesaid information provided by you will not be shared by SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED with any third party unless required by law, regulation or court order or for facilitating and completing the purchases made by you. SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details in anyway.
  • Changes SAMODAGAM LEARNING OPC PRIVATE LIMITED. reserves the right to suspend, cancel, discontinue or make modifications and alterations in any Product descriptions or other content displayed on the Site at any time without notice.
  • User’s Obligations

    Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
    post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus, Trojan horses, time bombs, bots, botnets, malicious Content, Content theft, data manipulation, threats or any other harmful programs or elements or component;
    delete from the Site any legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, or modify any logos that you do not own or have express permission to modify

Refund, Cancel and Return Policy

Our Policy
While we do acknowledge sometimes customers need to cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge just for the shipping fee if a customer frequently requests cancellations.

We hope that you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our Application. If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. You may exchange the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, unopened and sealed packaging. Gift wrapping, e-certificates and delivery charges are not exchangeable.

How to exchange
The product to be exchanged must be presented with the original invoice or receipt.
You can only exchange products at our Application. The product you wish to exchange for must be of equal value or greater than the product(s) originally purchased. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores. No refund shall be given if the product to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased.

Missing (or Broken) Parts 
We know this can be very frustrating. All sets are machine factory sealed and so it is unlikely the product was sold with missing parts. More often than not the part was lost or mixed up with another part in the build process.

Cancelation Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.mydeck.club. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellation
You have 5 calendar days to cancel & return Kit from the date you received it. To be eligible for a free cancellation, your Kit must be in the same condition that you received it. Your Kit must be in the original packaging. Your Kit needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your Kit, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Kit. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Kit.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a fully refund to your credit card or your bank account or original method of payment. Only 2% as reverse transactions charge will be charged from you. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
We will send our logistics partner to pick up kit from your place. Shipping costs are borne by us



Warranty Policy

Kit dispatched conform to the quality as per the specifications specified in Technical Data Sheet and ITS ELECTRICAL PARTS are guaranty/warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery. The defective ELECTRICAL materials, if found any, shall be replaced free of cost at the sole discretion of MY DECK. HOWEVER, MY DECK shall not be responsible for any special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits) or punitive damages of any kind. The guarantee/warrantee does not cover for any defect caused by misuse or abuse of the product, damage caused by natural disasters, damage caused by unauthorized modification, defects caused by impropeR storage of the product OR ITS USAGE or any such act of negligence. The guarantee/warrantee BECOMES VOID IF YOU OPEN THE KIT BEFORE UNBOXING CLASS OR YOU DO NOT ATTEND UNBOXING CLASS.
